Creators Guild


Terms & Conditions


The Creators Guild is a new program being offered on the Teachable Platform that gives participating creators the chance to access tips, offers and other content from industry-leading brands (“Guild”). The Guild is set to run from June 1 to December 31, 2021.

First, everything on our platform, including this Guild, is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These documents lay out the dos and don'ts on our platform and the different rights and responsibilities for everyone (including us). Please make sure to read these documents, and if you're not certain about things, please drop us a line. In the event that any terms in these Terms & Conditions conflict with our Terms of Use, these terms will control with respect to matters related to the Guild.


Access.


Creators will need to sign up through our registration page to access the Guild. Upon registering, you’ll get access to all of the content offered in the Guild, including tips, offers and other content.


You acknowledge and agree that Teachable, in its sole discretion, may change any and all aspects of the Guild, including but not limited to, the brands participating and offers available. Teachable may also cancel the Guild at any time in its sole discretion. 


Cancellation.

Creators may cancel their participation in the Guild at any time. [To cancel participation, creator shall provide Teachable written notice of their decision to remove themselves from the Guild. At such time, Teachable shall remove the creator from the Guild as soon as possible, and in any event, no later than 10 business days from receipt of the written request to be removed from the Guild.]


Third Party Offerings

Through the Guild, creators will have the ability to access content, links to websites, and services provided by Teachable partners participating in the Guild ("Third Party Offerings"). Your use of any Third Party Offerings provided on the Guild or a third party website is at Your own risk. Teachable does have any control over, and makes no claim or representation regarding Third Party Offerings and accepts no responsibility for reviewing changes or updates to, or the quality, content, policies, nature or reliability of, Third Party Offerings. You should review applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any third party, and should make whatever investigation You feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with a third party.

The Guild and any material related thereto is offered on an “as-is” basis. Teachable does not offer any warranty of any kind, express or implied, or represents that the Guild and any material related thereto will be free of errors or defects. The views and opinions expressed by sponsors and other participants of the Guild are theirs alone and do not reflect the views and opinions of Teachable or its employees. Teachable does not endorse, and expressly disclaims, all liability relating to any advice, content, or other representations or services provided in connection with the Guild. Teachable’s liability under these terms is further limited to the extent and amount provided for in Teachable’s Terms of Use.
